The Company’s shareholders consist of Tangshan Jinding Steel Co., Ltd ( Tube rolling Mill) and one independent billet trading Man. Though the company is newly founded, the management has been professional steel people in Tangshan (which is biggest steel manufacturing base in the whole world) for long term.
